Gutter Replacement Terms and Conditions
Effective Period:
- Contract must be fully executed (signed by both parties) between 12:00 AM ET on June 1, and 11:59 PM ET on June 30th
- Verifiable electronic timestamps or notarized dates will determine eligibility
Complimentary Coverage:
- Maximum of 15 linear feet (LFT) of standard gutter material
- Includes labor and basic mounting hardware only
- Premium materials, specialty shapes, or custom finishes excluded
Additional Footage:
- All gutter footage beyond 15 LFT will be billed at current standard rates
- Rates will be specified in the signed contract‘s Schedule A
- Minimum charge of 5 LFT applies to additional footage
Exclusions:
- Downspouts, splash blocks, or drainage solutions
- Roof repairs, fascia replacement, or structural modifications
- Properties with >2 stories or requiring special equipment
General Conditions:
- Valid for residential properties only
- Cannot be combined with other offers or discounts
- Company reserves right to modify or terminate promotion with 24h public notice
All measurements subject to post-installation verification. Discrepancies >5% will void promotional benefit. This offer constitutes a marketing accommodation, not a financial obligation. Complete terms governed by the Master Services Agreement.
